The Premium Flowers company guarantees the quality of bouquets. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the execution of the order, we are ready to make a repeat delivery for free.

We consider claims received within 24 hours from the moment of flower delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers or the work of the florist, send our WhatsApp a photo of the delivered bouquet with the order number and a description of the claim. Our support team will make a decision on the complaint and contact you within 2 business days.

Flowers that could not be delivered due to the absence of the recipient and the inability to transfer them through third parties are stored in the warehouse for 1 day from the delivery date specified in the order. The Recipient or the Customer can pick up the order themselves during this time. We are also ready to re-deliver the bouquet. The cost of repeated delivery starts from 500 rubles.

Return policy

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to refuse goods purchased remotely (including an order through an online store) at any time before receiving it. In this case, the funds received from the customer are returned by the company to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. The refund period is from 3 to 7 days. The cost of delivery upon refund is also refunded to the Customer.

Please note that fresh flowers belong to the category of non-refundable goods (in accordance with Article 25 of the Law on Consumer Protection and the List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configuration (in ed. Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10/20/1998; N 1222 dated 02/06/2002 N81)).
