A very customer-focused and professional approach! The bouquet arrived at the scheduled time, and the following day they asked for feedback. When they heard that a few peony buds had not opened, they immediately offered to replace the bouquet. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and for putting things right immediately.

I would like to thank you so much for the prompt, high-quality delivery! I ordered a bouquet and balloons as a surprise for my wife — everything arrived quickly, carefully handled and exactly on time!!!

I ordered through the website late on Monday evening. They replied without any trouble after 11 p.m. I paid only for delivery because I was nervous about paying over 15k for the whole order in advance. On Tuesday evening they sent a photo of the bouquet. On Wednesday at 9 a.m. it arrived. The flowers were very good quality. I wish I had known about their Telegram channel — I could have saved quite a bit. Great people, highly recommended.

They handled the order brilliantly: accepted it quickly, delivered promptly and offered a convenient payment method. The price was unreasonable — unreasonably low for such quality, unique flowers and friendly staff! A solid 5! 100%.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies. I liked everything: they put the bouquet together quickly and sent a photo. It was delivered the following day at the agreed time. Good service; I will order another bouquet.
Thank you.

They make lovely bouquets, and both the young man and the female manager are polite. Payment is convenient. Delivery is always on time, and the female courier always arrives punctually. I recommend this shop and its fresh flowers.
